4.3 Account Termination. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. we1win2 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
All transactions on we1win2 are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT).
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and will be returned where technically possible.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within three (3) minutes to the registered payment method. Processing times may vary for cryptocurrency withdrawals. we1win2 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment provider fees may apply.
5.3 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must, where technically possible, be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This requirement is in place for the purposes of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and player fund protection.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal of any funds derived from bonus credits is conditional upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements. we1win2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or resolution of an account investigation.
Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity, or any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering purposes, will be reported to the relevant authorities. Such Accounts will be immediately suspended and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is established. Bets placed on restricted games or below the minimum odds specified will not contribute towards wagering requirements.
6.2 Bonus Abuse. we1win2 employs automated monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; systematically betting on both outcomes of an event (arbitrage); placing bets that directly or primarily serve to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent. Any such conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings.
6.3 Promotion Modifications. we1win2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal and recreational use only and are not transferable.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the we1win2 Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately and shall prevail in the event of any conflict with the general provisions set out below.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we1win2, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
10.1 Platform Availability. we1win2 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and temporary outages may occur. we1win2 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
10.2 Third-Party Services. we1win2 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed suppliers. Any disputes arising from third-party service failures should be directed to the relevant third party in the first instance.
10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, the total aggregate liability of we1win2 to you under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your Account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we1win2 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement which cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body.

13.2 Language. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.
Nothing in this clause shall limit we1win2's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.
